The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting the sales team in achieving company revenue and growth objectives. This role manages client relationships, oversees daily sales operations, ensures proper use of CRM tools, and supports the execution of the company's commercial strategy. The Sales Supervisor plays a key role in driving customer satisfaction, monitoring market activities, and ensuring alignment with company pricing policies

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


• Lead the sales team and manage client relationships to drive business growth.


• Guide the sales team in achieving monthly budgets and assigned targets.


• Develop and expand the client portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and increasing volume, trade lanes, and sector coverage.


• Approve and monitor client pricing and sales targets in line with company policies.


• Follow up on sales team performance through CRM tools and KPIs.


• Ensure accurate data entry in CRM and follow up on all leads, lost accounts, and new opportunities.


• Guarantee that pricing proposals align with the company's pricing system.


• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.


• Resolve escalated customer issues in a professional and timely manner.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS


• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.


• 5–7 years of experience in sales within the shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.


• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, pricing strategies, and sales performance management.


• Proven experience in client relationship management and negotiation.


• Excellent leadership and team supervision skills.


• Strong communication and negotiation abilities (Arabic & English).


• Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and market trends.


• Customer-focused with problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.


• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
