Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the recruitment team and oversee daily operations of the hiring process.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and define job requirements.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for different roles.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding activities.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
