Job Purpose:

The role aims at developing and managing the attraction, development, engagement, and retention of the organization's talents via the following HR activities: talent acquisition, organization development, performance management, learning, development and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures
    talent management
    activities are developed, planned, and implemented according to the company's strategy and objectives and using the standard best practice models customized to the unique company context.
  • Ensures that the
    performance management
    cycle is running effectively through raising awareness, developing the tools and tracking the process, to achieve the organization and people performance goals.
  • Ensures all
    job descriptions
    are continuously updated in line with the best practice and standards, and matched to a
    competency model
    framework, to ensure individuals roles' clarity, and to feed the other relevant activities and standards including but not limited to: talent acquisition, promotion, succession planning, training, job evaluation, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Ensures establishment of effective schemes and processes of
    promotions, high potential identification, and succession planning
    to ensure talent retention, employee development, and competent leadership continuity.
  • Ensures the development and the establishment of quality
    learning and development
    programs that develop the company staff's technical, behavioral and leadership competencies to meet the organization requirements and objectives.
  • Ensures
    engagement and wellness activities
    are planned and implemented around the year helping people's wellbeing, motivation, and retention.
  • Ensures quality
    talent acquisition
    activity, through the development and implementation of quality talent acquisition strategy, processes and tools helping the company to establish strong employer brand, and to attract and retain the best fit candidates to fulfill the organization requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Ensures talent management activities are planned in line with the planning, budgeting, and periodical review guidelines and in coordination with the relevant internal parties (managers, finance, etc).
  • Ensures quality
    data, analytics and reporting
    related to the mentioned scope, along with the needed recommendations, to support the management in their decision-making process.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (please specify the required field, e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline).

Experience

  • +15 years of proven HR experience, preferably within operations or project-based environments.

Skills

Computer Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using ERP systems (preferably with HR/Payroll modules).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
