Talent Management Associate Manager (7–10 Years Experience)

TKH is looking for an experienced
Talent Management Associate Manager
 to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in building a world-class academic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for academic & administrative roles.
  • Build strong talent pipelines using diverse sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with department heads to define role requirements & competencies.

Organizational Development & Promotions

  • Support workforce planning, competency modeling, and OD projects.
  • Coordinate annual promotion cycles with fairness and transparency.
  • Review org structures & job descriptions for clarity and efficiency.

Performance Management

  • Oversee quarterly performance appraisal cycles.
  • Guide managers on goal setting, coaching & evaluations.
  • Support succession planning by identifying high-potential talent.

Internal Communication & Engagement

  • Deliver communication strategies for People & Culture initiatives.
  • Lead engagement programs, surveys, and action plans.
  • Organize staff events, recognition programs, and culture initiatives.

Learning & Development


• Design, deliver, and manage comprehensive L&D

programs


• Conduct training needs assessments across the university

to identify skill gaps and prioritize development initiatives.


• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all L&D

interventions and utilize metrics to inform future strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 7–10 years of HR experience
    , including 3+ years in Talent Management (L&D, Performance, or OD).
  • Strong knowledge of TA, L&D, and PM best practices.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (English; Arabic a plus).
  • High proficiency in
    HRIS
     and
    MS Office
    .
  • Strong stakeholder management & relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field (Master's or HR certification is a plus).
  • Presentable, proactive, people-oriented, detail-focused, and a team player.
