JOB TITLE

Associate Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis | MAF Entertainment | Entertainment (B0029L)

ROLE SUMMARY

The Associate FP&A Manager supports the Real Estate function by managing rent payment and expense processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governance standards, and maintaining high-quality data for budgeting and forecasting. The role also contributes to financial systems initiatives, reporting enhancements, and process improvements to strengthen overall FP&A capabilities.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Collaborate with the Real Estate department to manage rent payments across all MAF Entertainment sites.
  • Design and maintain rent control processes aligned with governance standards.
  • Maintain monthly rent and expense trackers with variance analysis and commentary.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles for rent expenses, ensuring detailed variance analysis.
  • Ensure timely, accurate budget submissions while maintaining data integrity.
  • Support internal reporting needs and drive financial process improvements through automation.
  • Assist in designing and implementing Power BI tools for better reporting and insights.
  • Achieve effective rent control, reduce payment delays, optimize cash flow, and ensure full policy compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A or financial control roles.
  • Strong background in financial analysis and data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with financial systems such as Hyperion (PBCS), SAP Fiori, and Power BI (including DAX).
  • Advanced problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills, with the ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Technologically adept with strong attention to detail, demonstrating a willingness to learn new tools and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
