Role Description – Real Estate Sales Team Leader (Real Estate)

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Monitor team performance daily (KPIs, calls, meetings, closings).
  • Develop sales strategies to attract new clients and increase closing rates.
  • Train, coach, and support new and existing sales agents.
  • Manage pipelines and ensure proper CRM updates and lead follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and resolve challenges.
  • Handle key clients and solve customer issues to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

Qualifications – Real Estate Sales Team Leader

  • 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 2 years as a Team Leader.
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Target-driven with strong closing skills.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and current projects.
