Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the sales team, analyzing sales data, establishing strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating with other departments, training new team members, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and performance metrics
  • Experience in Team Management, including training and overseeing team members
  • Proficient in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven Sales skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in a sales leadership role is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
