Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and guiding the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring team members, analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities, developing customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role also involves coordinating team efforts, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven Sales experience and the ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess and improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a strong advantage
