Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Office Engineer, located in 6th of October. The day-to-day tasks will include preparing and reviewing technical drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with various departments to ensure the smooth progress of projects. The Technical Office Engineer will also be responsible for preparing reports, managing project documentation, and providing technical support to on-site teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing technical drawings and project specifications
  • Experience in project coordination and documentation management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with various departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate development industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using engineering and design software
