Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Projects Manager (Finishing Works) at Mahfouz for Architecture & Construction located in 6th of October. The Projects Manager will oversee day-to-day tasks related to expediting, project management, inspections, and logistics management to ensure successful completion of finishing work projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
  • Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third-party.
  • Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver projects on budget.
  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
  • Managing the delivery of the project according to this plan.
  • Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
  • Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule, and/or budget.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Facilitating client meetings to set the business plans, collect the requirements and conclude the earned value.
  • Performing with very efficient communication that keeps the customer engaged through the whole process.
  • Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Ensuring best practices for time management.
  • Providing the customers with required guidance/directions on the project's operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in (Fine Arts)-(Applied Arts)-(Architecture Engineering)-(Civil Engineering).
  • Relevant certification or degree in Project Management or related field.
  • Experience 3-7 years. (Preferred in Banks and Administrative Buildings)
  • Excellent MS office skills.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Project Management expertise.
  • Inspection knowledge.
  • Logistics Management capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
