Job Summary

The
Project Manager
will coordinate and complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline while mitigating risks and ensuring smooth implementation across departments. They will also interact with clients regularly, manage project documentation to address gaps, and oversee workflows to maintain efficiency.

Job specific responsibilities:

  • Single point of interface between different departments and IT as per business domain.
  • Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within the original scope and assigned budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope, involving relevant stakeholder and ensure technical feasibility by coordinating with IT to ensure the do ability and the ease of implementation.
  • Develop detailed project plan as well as create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to monitor and track progress.
  • Establish and main relationship with vendors/suppliers by track measure, report and evaluate vendor performance through KPIs to ensure that all companies rules are in place as well as trouble shooting vendor problems.
  • Work on risk assessment and identification for each project by fulfilling risk document to minimize the risk and gaps.
  • Accountable for all interactions between different stakeholder and the significant part of IT for analysis and providing technical solutions that facilitate and optimize the daily operations.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related filed (or equivalent experience)
  • PMP Certification or PM Diploma is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in a Project Management role in a Fintech or Banking industry
