Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a mid-level Architect, located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural projects, ensuring integration and coordination with other disciplines. Daily tasks include creating design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, managing project timelines, and collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members. The Architect will also oversee the implementation phase to ensure that designs are executed accurately and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Master planning design
  • Floor plans design and façade design
  • Design presentations
  • 3D modeling and rendering
  • BIM modeling and producing quantity schedules from models
  • Technical/working drawings
  • Bill of quantities Survey & Item Identification

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture
  • 2 to 6 years of architectural experience in designing and executing IFC drawings for medium and mega projects
  • Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of architecture principles and practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

  • Proficiency in InDesign
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
