We are seeking a
highly creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer
with strong experience in
themed environments, environmental graphics, and storytelling-based design
.

If you excel in transforming narratives into immersive visuals and collaborating with multi-disciplinary creative teams—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Themed Visual Concept Development

  • Develop visual concepts for themed environments, signage, and props based on storytelling and brand identity.
  • Translate narratives into compelling visual assets aligned with the creative vision (fantasy, sci-fi, adventure, etc.).

2. Design Production for Attractions & Environments

  • Create detailed graphics for show sets, facades, murals, wall treatments, and wayfinding systems.
  • Prepare artwork for both digital and physical applications (vinyl prints, dimensional signage, scenic painting guides).

3. Collaboration With Theming Engineers & Architects

  • Collaborate with creative leads, 3D designers, scenic fabricators, and engineers to ensure design feasibility.
  • Deliver layered files, scaled artwork, and annotated drawings ready for fabrication.

4. Presentations & Storyboards

  • Create mood boards, visual presentations, and storyboards to communicate design concepts.

5. Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration

  • Work closely with architects, interior designers, set designers, and show production teams.
  • Participate in design workshops, reviews, and creative charrettes.

6. Client Communication & Iterations

  • Present visual concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Incorporate feedback and provide timely design iterations while ensuring consistency and clarity.

7. Problem-Solving & Adaptation

  • Adjust design intent based on engineering constraints or site conditions while preserving the thematic narrative

  • Required Experience

  • 4 years
    of experience in graphic design, themed entertainment, environmental graphics, or a related creative field.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Illustration, or a related creative discipline.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating themed design, concept art, and environmental graphics is essential.

Skills

  • 2D illustration & graphic design
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong sketching (hand-drawn + digital)
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling/rendering tools (Blender, Maya, ZBrush)
  • Understanding of print specs, die lines, production files
  • Ability to produce themed signage, murals, and environmental graphics
  • Strong storytelling, layout, and presentation skills

Knowledge

  • Themed entertainment design principles
  • Wayfinding, interpretive, and safety signage standards
  • Fabrication techniques for props, walls, and graphic applications
  • Branding, IP integration, licensing
  • Understanding of graphics in 3D spaces, lighting, and architectural contexts
