Mid-Level Roles (+5 Years of Experience)

Design Architect : 5+ years

Master Planner / Urban Designer : 5+ years

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Architect/Urban Designer, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves developing architectural and urban design concepts, managing design processes, producing technical construction drawings, and ensuring the integration of designs within broader urban planning contexts. The candidate will also collaborate with teams and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with both aesthetic and functional goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Architectural Design and Design Management

Experience with Construction Drawings and technical detailing

Strong Communication skills for interacting with teams, clients, and stakeholders

Ability to effectively analyze urban contexts and implement sustainable design solutions

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field

Knowledge of planning regulations, sustainability principles, and contemporary urban design practices

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or similar)
