ERP Implementation Team Leader

Role Description:

As an ERP Implementation Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of ERP Implementers to ensure the successful delivery of CodeZone ERP solutions to clients. You will coordinate day-to-day project execution, monitor progress, support your team technically and operationally, and ensure project objectives are achieved within scope, time, and quality standards.

You will serve as the primary link between your implementation team and the Implementation Manager, ensuring effective communication, resource management, and continuous improvement of implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and guide a team of ERP Implementers across multiple client projects.
• Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely project execution.
• Provide technical and functional support to team members during all implementation phases.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance feedback sessions.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a client-focused culture within the team.

Project Management & Execution

• Lead day-to-day project activities including system setup, configuration, testing, and training.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, deadlines, and documentation standards.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and report to the Implementation Manager.
• Support the team in resolving issues and escalating critical matters when needed.
• Review deliverables and validate solution quality before client submission.

Client Coordination & Support

• Act as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
• Ensure client requirements are clearly understood, documented, and met by the team.
• Manage client expectations and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Conduct user training sessions and support go-live activities.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Coordinate with the Product, QA, and Development teams to resolve system or customization issues.
• Provide structured feedback from client implementations to improve products and processes.
• Support the Implementation Manager in project planning, reporting, and performance analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation (at least 1–2 years in a team leader or senior implementer role).
• Hands-on experience managing full ERP implementation cycles (installation, configuration, training, go-live).
• Strong understanding of business workflows (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, etc.).
• Experience in CodeZone products is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
