Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ERP Implementation Section Head located in Alexandria. The ERP Implementation Section Head will manage the planning, execution, and completion of ERP implementation projects. Responsibilities include overseeing project team, coordinating with clients to understand their needs, ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones, and providing support during the post-implementation phase. The role requires efficient communication, strong project management skills, and the ability to resolve any issues that arise during implementation.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Planning abilities to efficiently manage and execute projects
  • Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
  • Finance knowledge to understand and handle project budgets and financial aspects
  • Customer Service skills to support clients and meet their needs during and after implementation
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Min 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and project management
  • Ability to work on-site in Alexandria
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills.
