Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Alexandria for a Team Leader - VSE (Alex & Behira) at AMAN Holding. The Team Leader will manage and oversee the team's day-to-day activities, ensuring the achievement of objectives and efficient performance. Responsibilities include monitoring and supporting team workflows, leading operational processes, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. The leader will also provide support and motivation to team members while ensuring their professional development and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Team management and leadership skills to effectively oversee and support team activities.
  • Knowledge of financial services, especially within FinTech or electronic payments, is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for fostering collaboration and motivation among team members.
  • Adaptability in a fast-changing environment and the ability to meet performance targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly desirable.
