Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead, located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and guiding the real estate consultant team, overseeing project performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. Duties will include developing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, coordinating with clients, and ensuring the team meets its targets. The Team Lead will also be involved in training new team members, resolving conflicts, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets in Egypt
  • Sales strategy development and implementation skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client coordination skills
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and performance tracking
  • Experience in training and onboarding new team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Proven track record in real estate sales and team management
