We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Egypt. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in providing efficient and organized administrative support to our operations in the Egyptian market. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of our office and assist in various administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general administrative duties, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and events.
- Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for employees as required.
- Assist in procurement activities, including maintaining office supplies, managing vendor relationships, and processing purchase orders.
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding paperwork, employee records maintenance, and coordination of training sessions.
- Assist in arranging internal and external meetings, workshops, and conferences, including logistics and documentation.
- Manage office equipment and liaise with IT support for any technical issues.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Assist in organizing and planning company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- 2 of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role within an office environment in Egypt.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- Professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
