- Service Desk Analyst - Your future position- As the Service Desk Analyst, you will provide functional and technical support in the Workplace Services area.- Sounds interesting? It could well be your perfect opportunity if, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value, and are experienced in partner management. You will work on-site reporting to the Workplace Service Desk Manager and based at our site in the 6th of October City. In this exciting role, you will:
Create detailed service desk calls in AskMe (ServiceNow) tool, monitor, chase resolver groups, and keep users informed of progress through the lifecycle of the call, from inception through to resolution.
- Build/rebuild workstations to Givaudan specifications.
- Asset Management, including the deployment and collection of redundant IT equipment and the accurate updating of inventories.
- Provide basic user training for new equipment.
- Assist users with location moves around the site.
Alert management of production system failures.
- Keep abreast of Givaudan IT activities, changes and outages.
- Attend company meeting and Givaudan provided training to develop relevant knowledge and skills and to adhere to Givaudan Environment, Health and Safety policy.
- Take part in company events when required.
- Adhere to Givaudan company policies.**Required Competencies**

- Your professional profile includes:
- Good communication, both verbal and keyboard, including the ability to converse with people at varying levels, from factory workers to senior executives, and should possess a customer service-orientated background.
- Proficient problem analyzing and solving skills
- Previous experience of working with a Service Desk tool AskMe (Service Now)
- Fundamental working knowledge of IT principles hardware, software, and other devices, e.g. Smartphones: iOS and Android.
- A good understanding of Windows O/S, particularly Windows 10.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 2016 and other products is a must whilst Google Mail and Drive experience would be preferable.
