Front Desk Representative

Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Check-in and Check-out:
Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
Accurately complete check-in and check-out procedures, including billing and payment.
Handle room assignments, and credentials, and provide an orientation to the apartment and facilities.
2. Customer Service:
Act as a point of contact for guests during their stay, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and services.
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
3. Reservations and Bookings:
Ensure that booking data is accurate and updated within the system.
Work with the sales and marketing team for any special promotions and packages.
4. Communication and Coordination:
Liaise with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and security to ensure guest needs are met.
Communicate and track guest preferences to enhance repeat guest experiences.
5. Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
Generate reports related to occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
6. Facility Management:
Conduct regular checks of common areas and guest facilities, reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
Provide information regarding apartment rules, services, and amenities to guests.
7. Sales and Upselling:
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, such as late check-out, transport arrangements, or extended stays.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles within hospitality is preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality management is recommended.
**Skills**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in hotel or serviced apartment management software.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English.
Personal Attributes: Friendly, professional, proactive, and courteous.
