**Job description**:
As a Project Executive at Second Step, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of our business and IT projects.

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in:

- Project management and a track record of successfully delivering new business initiatives within any organization.
- Digital marketing and social media management.

**Work Conditions**:

- Full time
- Onsite job at our office located in Küçükçekmece, Istanbul, Turkey.
- Monday until Saturday from 9.00 AM until 5.30 PM.

**Key Responsibilities (Reporting directly to BD)**:

- Lead, plan, and execute a variety of new business projects to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and drive growth in collaboration with management.
- Analyze financial data and prepare feasibility studies to assess the viability of new business ventures while ensuring compliance with company’s objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Identify risks and issues, and escalate them to management in a timely manner for resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, providing documented updates on project progress and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Stay abreast of changes in project management methodologies and tools, and recommend/implement new solutions as needed.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
- Manage and grow our social media channels, create engaging content, and monitor analytics to optimize performance.
- Document the project’s creation, development, and execution.
- Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.

**Education**

Bachelor’s degree in a field such as business administration, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science or related fields.

**Certification**

PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in the context of new business development.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficient in digital marketing practices (social media marketing, SEO and analytics).
- Solid knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
- Knowledge and experienced with Microsoft technologies (Share Point), networking and website security, server management.
- Understanding of MSP ticketing and Alert Management Systems.
- Construction and engineering project experience is NOT REQUIRED for this role.

**Languages**:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic will be a plus.
