Senior Manager

Consumer Insights (Quantitative)
Purpose of the role

a client servicing team to ensure prompt delivery of service to our clients in order to
achieve the set financial objectives and other operational performance indicators
Main AccountabilitiesResponsible of overall client satisfaction by providing insightful reports and value-added
analyses.Independently handle complex business issues and positioned as a true client partner.Ability to undertake sales activities independently in terms of building a client list,
preparation and delivery of proposal and credentialsA solid commercial understanding with the ability to drive the overall business forward
meeting all our financial KPIsIdentify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer clients' business needsBuild and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within client
organizationLead a team of individuals ensuring their development on the technical & interpersonal
aspects while delivering on the overall business objectives.
Knowledge and Skills RequirementStrong Client relationship building skills.Strong business & industry knowledge with the ability to hold meaningful conversations with
client’s marketing & business teams.Knowledge of basic statistics and multivariate analysisExpert knowledge of all research techniques and methodologiesAbility to handle C level discussions with clients.Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to analyze and interpret data in a challenging and insightful mannerDisplays maturity and creative problem solving skills in handling crisesRecommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibilityAnalyses and interprets financial information to ensure achievement of business targets and
early identification of issues / crisis.Able to operate in a multi cultural environment

**Qualifications**:
6 to 8 years’ experience and proven success with consumer researchMust have experience from a research agency.Very strong knowledge of the research technicalities. (methodologies, sampling, tools, etc.)Business understanding (e.g. comfortable with handling: revenue, profit, loss, margin)Strong project management experience.Strong people management experience. (ability to lead and influence people)
