We are Looking for a **Head of Marketing** for one of our renowned clients based in Egypt.

**Title**:Head of Marketing
**Location**:Egypt.Cairo

**Experience**:15+ Years of experience.

**Job** **summary**:You** will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance the brand's presence, allocating resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department. Hoslistically, The role revolves around brand management.**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Crafting brand management strategies for the proteins division of the conglomerate.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Set, monitor and report on team goals
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

**Qualification, Experience & Skills**:

- Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within the industry.
- Experience running successful branding campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics.
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Analytical mind
- BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field. MBA In marketing is preferable.
- Extensive understanding of the Egypt market with experience in transforming brands.
