**About Your New Job**:
- Identifying business opportunities for the sales channel based on analysis and knowledge of shopper and buying occasions, and the behaviour of customers and competition in the channel. Planning and developing strategies, tactics, and goals for the trade channel’s immediate consumption to capitalise on established business opportunities and achieve the set goals**.**

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop shopper marketing strategies that effectively drive shopper awareness and action with our product portfolio across Modern Trade channel
- Planning and executing the marketing calendar in MT Channel in line with trade support plans.
- Identify and develop necessary point-of-sale tools to increase brand presence, market share, and customer satisfaction while promoting a conversion rate.
- Analyse & review regularly internal & external performance and results of campaigns & promotions.
- Monitor market data & competition trade marketing activities & evaluate its impact on the brands performance & market share
- Improve merchandising performance in MT channel through creating picture of success per sub-channel by setting right assortment, planograms & point of sales materials that reflect on sales volume & visibility
- Understand the shopper behaviour and gather key insights to define the optimum instore tools to reach shoppers and create an exciting shopper experience.
- Regular market visits; an overview of prices, packaging, presentation of products, point of sales tools, and promotional activities of CCHBC and competition.
- Cooperation with the sales department for the purpose of preparing and activating opportunities 24/7 in facilities through different types of materials.
- Support in the planning, preparation for marketing materials, communication with suppliers,
- Planning and procurement of equipment for sales channels in coordination with sales channel marketing managers. Initiating and leading the process of opening suppliers; close cooperation with procurement.
- Creating requests for purchase orders, tracking the status of order approvals, and monitoring budgets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Proactively finding new and innovative ways of activation.
- Ensuring the production of promotional materials; budget control (DME) planned for the trade channel; continuous focus on effective cost management with the aim of return on investment**.**

**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree
**Experience and Skills**:
- 5-7 years of experience in consumer goods marketing.
- Experience in commercial marketing, key customer area, or operational sales)
- Fluent in English is a MUST
**Skills and competencies**:
- Proactivity and ability to achieve results within set time frames
- Results orientation, previous experience in working on important projects
- Establishing quality relationships
- Creativity and innovative thinking
- Professional conduct in accordance with business ethics
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial approach
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Previous experience in developing strategic plans for customers, channels, key customers, or other business participants.
- Previous experience in Trade marketing
