**About the job**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the brand to ensure consistent communication of the organization's mission and values across all channels and ensure that the integrity of the brand is maintained and always promoted.
- Develop and oversee a corporate communications strategy to build the organization's brand and reputation, including writing and editing compelling copy.
- Build and sustain the community for Dawarha's EartHeroes and Recyclers.
- Craft, build, and execute marketing and comms plans and strategies to create brand awareness and market education.
- Develop, manage, and monitor Marketing and Communications strategy for internal and external audiences and define key performance indicators for each communication and marketing channel.
- Responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications, and public relations program that will enhance the Dawarha's image and position within the marketplace and the general public locally and globally and facilitate internal and external communications and all Dawarha marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition and so forth.
- Direct social media efforts on various social networks, including IG, FB, Twitter, LinkedIn,..., etc.
- Prepare marketing and communication budget, performance tracking, and cost tracking of campaigns.
- Developing standard operating procedures and strategy.
- Plan and manage the creative design, content, copies, and production of all marketing and communication materials with all stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure consistency with the Dawarha brand, including website copy and more.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
- Integrate with software, hardware, and all technical departments to deliver the best UX, CRO, and brand positioning and increase brand loyalty.
- Plan, develop, conduct, and report regularly all relevant marketing research and focus groups.
- Plan and spearhead marketing events and other campaigns to strengthen public relations and Dawarha's presence where it matters.
- Track the performance of marketing strategies implemented and develop timely modifications to nurture more leads online.
- Nurture leads and engages customers by directing the development and execution of sound digital marketing strategy based on market and consumer research.
- Perform other vital duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in the sustainability sector is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and creative thinking abilities, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- A deep commitment to environmental sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact through your work.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and software, including CRM, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
