As a Channel Manager Support, you will play a crucial role in handling all channel managers technical & operational processes; including hotels production reports and system optimization. Excellent data driven skills, ability to translate technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Commercial Team and hotel partners to facilitate seamless integration with WebBeds systems, ensuring connections are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct quality audits of property setups to ensure properties are live, bookable, and meet accuracy standards for pricing, rates, and promotions.
- Implement new products, rate codes, and promotions within WebBeds systems; troubleshoot issues and ensure proper visibility of offerings.
- Address escalated issues from hotel partners and Contracting Managers, including rate discrepancies, meal plan errors, and cancellation policies, by coordinating with the technical team for resolution.
- Monitor hotel performance using daily, weekly, and monthly production reports; analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; and implement strategies to optimize room nights and revenue.

**The skills we would like to see in your suitcase**:

- At least 1 year experience in hospitality or tourism industry or handling Channel manager connectivity
- Basic understanding of API integration, XML logs, and mapping processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Adaptability and resilience under pressure.

**Preferred**:

- Working knowledge of CRM or PMS systems.
- Experience creating effective reports and delivering presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and solving problems proactively.
