**Role Purpose**:
**Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
**Planning, Support & Delivery**
- Complete an annual learning and development needs analysis all departments to ensure that the training needs of every department are identified.
- Produce an annual, quarterly, and monthly training plan for all department to ensure that identified learning and development needs are met in a structured and systematic manner.
- Work in collaboration with different departments’ management team and L&D team.
- Develop training sessions that satisfy identified operational needs within every department.
- Complete post-training evaluation on training delivered in the business to evaluate effectiveness
- Complete an annual evaluation of training delivered to evaluate the execution of the Learning and Development plan and ensure the plan was effective and met the needs of the business
- Implement the Departmental Training Review Process to ensure that the effectiveness of departmental training and Departmental Trainers is systematically monitored.
- Regularly meet, coach, support and motivate departmental trainers from all departments to ensure they are supported in meeting the on-the-job training requirements of their departments.
- Communicate information about training events in a timely and professional manner to ensure that the business is kept up to date about training and development activities.
- Maintain training records and files.
- Monitor Hotspot training on a timely basis and follows up with departments to ensure targets are met
- Responsible for the design, development, and delivery learning solutions to culturally diverse employee across the Different business concepts.
- Identify and use innovative L&D methods and tools to deliver the program ensuring best fit to achieve the defined program objectives and long-term business goal
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions when needed, and plan, organize and direct new employee onboarding and training.
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.
- Designs and assesses training programs including induction training, soft skills and culture trainings.
- Develops skills in using multimedia visual aids, role-playing and activities.
- Ensures assessments are completed and feedback supplied to involved stakeholders.
- Supervises and monitors progress made via training programs or schemes.
- Resolves any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
- Provides, regular and proactive, Learning and Development analytics regarding trends/best practices internationally and regionally
- Undertakes quality reviews of proposed solutions.
- Identify and maintain relationships with appropriate specialist third party consultancies and providers for the provision of services as required.
- Evaluate the development of learning frameworks and tools to map the organization’s development requirements.
- Support the implementation and monitors leadership development program that meets the needs of the organization’s operational and non-operational managers, identifying core management and leadership requirements, learning and development modules, monitoring success through evaluation.

**Definition of Success**

Successful development of learning content and delivery as per agreed L&D projects.
