**Learning Experience Designer** for one of our partners, a top notch learning consultancy.

**Job Summary**:
LXD will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and impactful learning experiences for our diverse audience. Partnering closely with SMEs and key stakeholders, LXD will design, develop, and implement premium, actionable learning solutions that guarantee exceptional learning outcomes and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leverage instructional design principles and learning theories to design premium, actionable instructor-led materials and engaging learner-centered experiences.
- Enhance learning experiences by leveraging technology and digital tools like Learning Management Systems, multimedia elements, and interactive content.
- Develop comprehensive learning curricula that align with organizational objectives and cater to different learning styles.
- Create assessments and evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in learning and development.
- Analyze the learning needs of our target audience, considering industry-specific requirements and regional nuances.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of departmental processes and resources, including the creation of product requirements documents (PRDs).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Utilize eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) to create high-quality learning materials.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to understand learning needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business developers, content facilitators, and operations specialists by hosting product training facilitation and addressing product-related inquiries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with global partners and vendors to foster collaboration and achieve mutual success.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree from any reputable university.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong vendor management skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is a must.
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is a plus.
