**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize AI and Machine Learning algorithms and models.

2. Participate in the full AI/ML development lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.

3. Assist in the design and deployment of scalable, efficient, and robust AI/ML pipelines on cloud platforms.

4. Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML advancements and best practices, integrating new techniques into our projects as needed.

5. Develop and maintain documentation to ensure the quality and reproducibility of models and results.

6. Communicate complex AI/ML concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Required Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning, with a proven track record of success in the field.

Proficiency in Python and experience with popular AI/ML libraries (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, etc.).

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and AI/ML principles.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to design and implement creative solutions.

Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision techniques.

2. Familiarity with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar tools.

3. Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Understand modern Software development processes and tooling with emphasis on cloud environments
- Skills (proficiencies developed through training or experience)
- Effective communication skills.
- Risk mitigation through having foresight when making architectural decisions.
- Abilities (qualities of being able to do something)
- Collaborative teamwork across disciplines, remote teams, and functions
- Able to show adaptability reconciling good engineering approaches with delivery constraints

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: E£50,000.00 - E£103,761.77 per year
