Admin Assistant/ Contact Center Agent

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our HR Administration manager, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
- Responsible for reception duties
- Deal with the organization's telephonic conversations with utmost diligence and punctuality.
- Provide accurate information to the caller, catering to all the necessary inquiries.
- Explain all the essential details of the organization's products and services to captivate the customer's attention.
- Develop long-term contacts through qualitative telephonic discussions and conversations.
- Back up all the call history details by effectively utilizing the company's call center database.
- Provide a delightful call experience to the customers, keeping track of the valuable time to avoid potential delays.
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
**Skills**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
**Salary**: E£5,000.00 - E£8,000.00 per month
