Software Tele Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Lead Generation**:
- Contact potential customers via phone to present software products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- **Sales Targets**:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a detailed record of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the company’s software products, features, and benefits.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the software to potential clients.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to improve products and services based on customer needs.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the sales manager.
- Track progress toward goals and adjust strategies as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in tele sales, software sales, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM software
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of software products and technology.
- Time management and organizational skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) products.
