We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller, Estimation & Tendering professional to join our team at our KSA Back Office in Cairo, Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:- Document Management: Manage and maintain all project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
- Document Control: Ensure that all documents are accurately labeled, stored, and easily accessible for project teams.
- Estimation & Tendering: Assist in the preparation of project estimates and tender submissions, and review and analyze tender documents and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communication: Collaborate with project managers and other team members to gather information and data for estimates, and participate in meetings and discussions related to project documents, estimates, and tenders.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions and outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control and estimation, preferably in the architecture or construction industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of document control processes and procedures, familiarity with estimation and tendering processes, proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software, excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and team player with the ability to work independently.
