Job Description

RayaCX is seeking a highly skilled Banking Team Leader to oversee the activities of our Account Advisors. This role requires exceptional leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to train and coach team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the performance of Account Advisors, ensuring they meet their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
  • Provide on-job training and coaching to Account Advisors, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor transactions in real-time, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and maintain even distribution.
  • Coordinate with supporting functions to eliminate any problems affecting operations and ensure that end-user privacy policies are properly implemented.
  • Conduct annual performance assessments of team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help them grow and develop.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 years call center experience, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Excellent English writing and reading skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to train and coach team members.
