Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Customer Service Advisor to join our team on an on-site role at a bank in Nasr City. As a Banking Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to banking clients, resolving inquiries, and offering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Explain banking products and services to clients, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and standards.
Requirements
To be successful as a Banking Customer Service Advisor, you should possess:
- A strong background in customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and previous experience in banking or customer service is a plus.
Salary Range:
The estimated salary range for this position is approximately £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
