RayaCX is seeking a highly skilled Banking Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our Account Advisors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our operations.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the banking industry. You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the activities of Account Advisors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track team performance and progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to support the development of team members.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a management or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance.
