We are hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Nok Courier, a leading provider of shipping and postal services in Maadi.

Job Salary: EGP 12,000 - EGP 15,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls, feedback, and inquiries from clients or customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage email correspondence on behalf of top management.
  • Organize and maintain accurate schedules for top management.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience as an Admin Assistant.
  • Excellent business English writing and speaking skills.
  • Well-organized, presentable, and confident communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
