Job Title: Legal Officer

Job Summary:

The Legal Officer will provide comprehensive legal support to our group of companies, working out of Cairo office. This role requires extensive knowledge of Gulf region laws and regulations, as well as previous work experience in the GCC countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal affairs of Site Technology Group, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal advice and support to the company, including contract review and negotiation.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective legal risk management.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Gulf region laws and regulations, providing recommendations for updates to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Law degree from an accredited institution; advanced degree or bar qualification in a Gulf country is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years working in the Gulf region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar).
  • In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Riyadh, and Doha.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Conditions:

This role is based in Cairo, serving branches Site Technology portfolio companies in KSA, UAE, Egypt, and Qatar. The successful candidate will be required to travel to KSA, UAE and/or Qatar when necessary.
