As a MuleSoft Account Development Representative, you will join our elite sales team, impacting revenue generation goals by identifying and pursuing net-new business opportunities. This internship offers a unique chance to develop core sales skills and business acumen while collaborating with industry sales leaders and directly supporting an outbound sales team.

We seek driven individuals who excel in challenging environments, thrive in client-facing sales roles, and are comfortable meeting and exceeding metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and sales quotas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research to identify net-new prospective customers.
- Determine key decision makers within accounts and create new contacts in our CRM.
- Utilize market data and industry intelligence to gather strategic insights, enhancing the quality and knowledge of accounts.
- Acquire foundational knowledge of the MuleSoft platform and capabilities.
- Learn and implement selling methodologies through role-playing exercises.
- Collaborate with and directly support a team of Account Executives (AEs).
- Engage in collaborative account planning with a best-in-class software sales team.
- Interface with C-Level and Executive stakeholders in Fortune 100 companies. and SME's in GCC.
- Contribute to business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative, and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and prospect interactions in HubSpot.
- Qualify based on certain deal and technical qualification questions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in** IT Custom Services specifically MuleSoft**:

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed goals
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with exceptional time management skills
