Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts or performance evaluation forms.
- Managing the recruitment, hiring, and selection process.
- On boarding newcomers to the company.
- Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
- Handles social insurance forms such as forms 1,2 and 6 and follows up with the employees within the probation period.
- Develop, implement, administer, and evaluate personnel and labor relations programs, including performance appraisal, affirmative action, and employment equity programs.
- Conduct exit interviews as required and follow up to ensure that the exit interview process is completed, and manage any received feedback through any channel (Verbal, by mail, exit interview etc.).
- Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.
- Assisting with the performance management and review process
- Ensures proper documentation and record keeping for all personnel files.
- Responsible for making salary surveys for each job.
**Requirements**:
- Three or more years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
**Salary**: E£8,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- HR: 3 years (required)
**Language**:
- English (required)
