**About the job**:
We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Specialist with a strong background in Telemarketing and Tele Sales. If you are eager to take your career to the next level and thrive in a role that combines lead generation, telesales, and business development, this opportunity is for you.
As a vital member of our International Sales & Marketing team, you will focus on developing new business opportunities and fostering relationships with clients in Europe and GCC regions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tele Sales**
- Conduct outbound marketing calls to introduce potential custom
ers to CrossWorkers Services.
- Book meetings for the Sales team based on active leads.
- Provide support to Sales in executing marketing campaigns
**Business Development**
- Oversee and manage the CrossWorkers Ambassador program.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of trade shows, ensuring a successful presence for the company.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to establish connections with potential clients.
**Back Office Sales**
- Coordinate and arrange customer visits to Cairo, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for clients.
- Assist in the development of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring they are accurate, persuasive, and aligned with customer needs.
- Coordinate and track sales activities, including managing the sales pipeline, monitoring sales targets, and providing regular reports to the management team.
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- Proven experience in Tele Sales with European customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to effectively manage leads and track sales activities.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Fundamental understanding of IT services/software development (a plus).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing.
