Business Development Specialist

NAOS Solutions, a leading provider of innovative business process outsourcing solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven** Business Development Specialist** to join our Sales and Business Development department. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our presence in the USA BPO Call Center industry.
**In this role, you will be responsible of selling leading-edge Call Center Solutions in the USA market, the key responsibilities of a business development specialist include, but are not limited to**:
- Own, qualify, and manage all leads and sales channels.
- Lead sourcing
- Manage and monitor sales activities while maintaining an accurate company CRM.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Meet provided annual sales quota each quarter.
**To succeed in this role, you should have**:
- Fluent English speaker
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales position with a proven track record of successfully converting sales
- Excellent knowledge USA BPO Call Center Industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- A strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- A passion for driving growth and achieving targets
