Senior Business Development Specialist

- Initiating communication with potential partners.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline
- Prepare quotes for customers and follow up to convert quotes into projects
- Enter and update customer information/activities in the database.
- Keeping an accurate and current database of both potential and actual partners.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of proven working experience as a business development specialist in the **Localization and Translation** industry.
- Highly self-motivated, ambitious and ability to work separately to achieve targets with minimum supervision.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Own Laptop.
