Customer Representative Sales

Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in Field Sales Teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model. The opportunities for the Customer Representative include but are not limited to field sales to assigned accounts, market opportunity analysis, customer and distributor development and implementation of approved sales promotions.
**The Territory will consist of **Giza, Faiyum, Beni Suef, and Menia** areas in Egypt**:
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through **Giza, Faiyum, Beni Suef, and Menia **area customers.
- ** The representative must be based in one of these locations, preferably in one of the mentioned locations.**:
- Manage sales and services of our customers aiming to increase our company's Animal Health (AH) wallet share by serving as the primary point of contact between the account and our company.
- Work with the customers to identify, anticipate needs, provide solutions and co-create values.
- Interact with local marketing and technical services to successfully implement programs and strategies with Key accounts.
- Educates customers about our company's AH brands, identifies issues with accounts and works with appropriate personnel and external parties to effectively communicate and resolve matters.
- Monthly estimation and forecasting of products volumes for our customers.
- Negotiate and secures mutually beneficial agreement that effectively link our company's AH resources to the long term business needs of the customers.
- Develops unique ways to grow our AH business with our Poultry Key customers and provide solutions in the face of challenges.
- Ensure wise spending that delivers a solid return on investment and is spent in a way that builds long term sustainability of the brands.
- Builds an intimate knowledge of our Animal Health brands, their values and positioning.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degrees in Veterinary Medicine.
- 2+ years of sales experience in the poultry industry ( Giza, Faiyum, Beni Suef, and Menia )
- livestock knowledge, with focused poultry experience.
- Effective communication in English both verbal and written is required.
- Good to excellent communication skills.
- Minimal supervisory guidance and self-starter.
