**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for BASF Paint systems within the automotive sector.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Create and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding BASF Paint system products.
- Report on market trends, sales activities, and customer feedback to management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of BASF Paint systems, especially Glasurit, Baslac, and Norbin, is a significant advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
