**As a **Subsea Products and Services (**SPS) Flow Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for**:

- Executing the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. This work would include mechanical and/or electrical engineering for all products.
- Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations.
- Working together with business leadership. Specifying needs, communicating about project approach, and presenting outcomes of research done.
- Delivering products as part of a team. Working on cross functional teams. Alternatively: Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
- Supporting the Global Production Assurance Manager in the delivery of high caliber support to projects and customers thorough undertaking and execution of job tasks as required.
- Working with international team to execute Oil and Gas thermo-fluid multiphase analysis for FEED and Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) projects for major oil companies.
- Supporting Risk Assessment, hazard and operability (HAZOP)and Interface Engineering within the boundaries of product standards.
- Organizing and scheduling events, activities and resources and being accountable for performance.
- Assisting in field development studies, tenders and Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) projects and being responsible for report review and approvals.
- Writing calculations, technical notes, reports and presentations as required for efficient communication of analysis to the customer and within Baker Hughes quality requirements.
- Ensuring the delivery of flow assurance scopes within cost, quality and schedule limits and developing engineering solutions to specific project / client specifications.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology).
- Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Mechanical Component.
- Have strong process engineering background ideally in the Oil and Gas sector.
- Have experience in thermal, FIV (Flow Induced Vibration) and erosion analysis with an analytical and CFD (computational fluid dynamics) background is essential and ideally will include experience in multiphase flow areas along with a good academic background.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams as well as lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have effective problem identification and solution skills as well as proven analytical and organizational ability.
