**Overall Role Purpose**

The jobholder is responsible for managing the Country Manager’s calendar, making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters. In addition to providing all essential administrative support.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Act as the point of contact among Senior Managers, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information at all times.
- Manage accommodation and travel bookings through the nominated travel agents and hotels.
- Ensure directing & distributing all phone calls and answering back all correspondences in a timely manner.
- Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required.
- Provide a high level of professionalism taking into account the consideration that all DHL customers have an express requirement and are looking for instant and immediate action.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all departments and DHL network in order to supply correct and accurate information to customers internal and external at all times.
- Assist with any administration tasks or reports as requested.
- Manage taking minutes during meetings and run necessary follow-ups.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 - 10years of experience as an Executive/CEO Personal Assistant.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Should be self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good relationship building and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office packages
