About you:
We are looking to hire an English and French speaking Personal Assistant for the CEO of Umami who has research skills, especially in real estate. You will be responsible for organizing his mail, creating automated tasks for the team, managing his calendar and his financial transactions and booking his travels and accommodations.

You will also be providing administrative assistance such as attending weekly meetings and taking the minutes of the meeting, summarizing webinars and scouting for a house in the Geneva region and organizing visits.

This is a part time position and is fully remote.

Personal Assistant Goals:

- Organize the CEO’s mail, calendars and meetings
- Provide administrative support
- Manage correspondence on behalf on the CEO

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

- Perform secretarial and administrative duties.
- Schedule appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders
- Schedule internal and external meetings.
- Drafting and managing correspondence and communications on behalf of the

executive, as appropriate.
- Booking travel and accommodations and meticulously filing expenses.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.

Personal Assistant Requirements:

- At least 2 years of Personal Assistant experience or a similar position
- Fluent in both English and French
- Experience using ClickUp
- Knowledge in real estate
- Highly computer literate
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Critical thinker
- Can work independently

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: E£187.00 - E£224.00 per hour
