Description
- **Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for department members.**:
- **Assist in the preparation and distribution of agendas, minutes, and other meeting materials.**:
- **Maintain and update departmental calendars, databases, and contact lists.**:
- **Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.**:
- **Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for department members as required.**:
- **Prepare and process expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices.**:
- **Assist in the onboarding of new employees, including coordinating orientation sessions and training schedules.**:
- **Monitor and replenish office supplies, equipment, and inventory as needed.**:
- **Assist in the coordination of special projects and initiatives, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.**:
- **Provide general administrative support to department members, including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.**
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **(Word, Excel, Outlook)** and familiarity with office equipment.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Customer-focused attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding service to visitors, callers, and colleagues.
- **Mokattam Located is preferred.**
