**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Dual Role in Talent Acquisition**: Balance the leadership of talent acquisition strategies with active involvement in recruiting talent for various roles within the International Markets, demonstrating excellence in both strategic oversight and execution.
- **Team Leadership and Development**: Lead, coach, and mentor recruitment teams — one focused on Sales and CX, and the other on various corporate functions. Provides strategic and tactical guidance. Drive performance, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure recruiters are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- **International Recruitment Strategy**: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the unique needs of the varied International Markets, leveraging local insights and global best practices to attract and retain top talent.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of business needs, providing expert advice on talent acquisition strategies and market trends. Errands credibility as a key talent advisor
**Desired Qualifications**:
- **Experience and Education**: A minimum of 8-10 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably within an international context. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with professional certifications in recruitment or talent management highly regarded.
- **Leadership and Team Management**: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing recruitment teams, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning.
- **Cross-Cultural Competence**: Deep understanding of and sensitivity to cross-cultural nuances and business practices in Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait, with the ability to adapt strategies to fit local markets while maintaining global standards.
- **Strategic Thinking and Execution**: Exceptional ability to devise strategic recruitment plans and execute them with precision, ensuring alignment with the organisational goals and market dynamics
